Upgrade lies

I was told i can get an early upgrade this is great went on the website ordered a upgrade phone again great just what i wanted 6 hours later i get an email saying i cant have upgrade and i need to text up to 150 so i do and yes iam eligible  for upgrade so phone 150 speak to a nice lad he puts me through to the digital sales team woman on there didnt care she was like no your still in contract nothingbu can do lies as the lad at 150 said its eligible  told me the deals this nasty woman wouldnt even look then cancels the order completely  how rude iam foaming with them

@williamward35  You can upgrade when ever you want you just might be required to pay off your old contract to upgrade. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
