Upgrade anytime

Hi I'm wanting to upgrade early with upgrade anytime, as I will have to send my old phone back will there be a time I'm without a phone or will I receive the new one before I send my old one back ?

@LittleMoo76  You should get the new device before you send the old one back.   Just to inform you because you are  upgrading before the standard upgrade period that’s 45 days before the minimum term date even though it’s an upgrade any time you have to have the same price point or a more costly tariff then you have now,  that’s one of T&Cs of upgrading with this contract type.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
