Hi, I am trying to obtain a perk code to upgrade my phone. I have used this before but although I can log in, I get an error message to say I cannot obtain a code at this time. I have been an EE customer for many years but if I cannot obtain the 20% NHS discount I will go to another provider whose discount will mean it’s cheaper to go elsewhere. My current contract ends in early November. Can anyone help please?
