Unable to download some (but not all) bills from My EE

I am trying to download the last year of bills. When I go to My EE I can download my bills for the last three months (August 2022 - October 2022). I am also able to download bills before August 2021. However I cannot download any bills between September 2021 and July 2022. When I click the @"Download Bill" link nothing happens.

Any help appreciated!

Are you able to try clearing your cache and cookies if you haven't done so already, or try another browser?

If you're still unable to access your bills I'd recommend speaking with out Customer Care team.
