Trying to upgrade

I’m trying to upgrade online but keep getting ‘page not found’, no matter which route I take

@Jac31  try clearing your browser history and cookies first. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Like all the similar threads on the same topic the EE website does not work whenever you try to connect to look at any phone for an upgrade. Tried deleting browser history and cookies but its definitely EE issue and looks like its been going on for sometimne
