Trying to upgrade and says 'no plan available' why?

Says I am eligible for an upgrade on my EE, however every time I chose a new phone, no matter which phone it states no plan available, why?

Have you tried another browser?

 

If you have tried another browser call customer services on 150 & a upgrade advisor will be happy to assist you with processing your upgrade.
