£14 a month 2GB data I'll be gone as soon as I can feeling ripped off for sure looking at what is currently around.
Paid more than my old contract just to get coverage for calls at home, after just a few months calls are as bad with EE as with my old provider of 20 years.
I would be gone tomorrow if it wasn't for the horrendous exit fees.

There are no exit fees on PAYG. You just cease using it.

No network guarantees 100% national indoor coverage, but EE does offer WiFi-calling to assist with indoor coverage issues.
What are the problems you're having with using your phone?

WiFi-calling is designed to only kick-in when mobile coverage is deemed insufficient or unusable. Some Android phones have an option to set "mobile preferred" or "WiFi-preferred".
Otherwise try toggling flight mode on, and then enable WiFi manually - to force no mobile coverage and thus WiFi-preferred.
These steps may help ID whether WiFi coverage or mobile coverage is the underlying issue.
