Switching numbers

I’ve just received my new phone and I asked to keep my old EE sim from my other phone but idk how to set it up so it’s on the pay monthly thing.

@edbxxx : Did you switch from PAYG online by Switch to pay monthly and save ? You should just use your old SIM in your new phone. It will now have your new pay monthly plan on it with the same no.

yeah my new number is in my new phone but when I go onto the EE app I have my old data still in there and not the 40GB I’ve paid for? You get me!

You need to call CS to delete your old PAYG MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new contract MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.
