You need to call CS with the each of the others available on the line to effect a change of ownership. They will need to pass a credit check. They will then be paying for their own contracts. If you can't do it together CS will give the current owner a password for them to quote when they call.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband or Option 2 for Home Broadband & Home Phone

ISPs: 1999: Freeserve 48K Dial-Up > 2005: Wanadoo 1 Meg BB > 2007: Orange 2 Meg BB > 2008: Orange 8 Meg LLU > 2010: Orange 16 Meg LLU > 2011: Orange 20 Meg WBC > 2014: EE 20 Meg WBC > 2020: EE 40 Meg FTTC > 2022:EE 80 Meg FTTC SoGEA > 2025 EE 150 Meg FTTP

The payments for EE pay-monthly accounts are set at account level, not individual phones.

Either your siblings can make manual payments onto your billing account, and doing so prior to the monthly bill date will reduce the bill accordingly.

Or you need to effect a change in legal ownership for each phone as explained above. See also the third bullet point under https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/managing-and-using-my-account/change-my-account/how-do-i-change-my-ac...
