Hi, I’m looking to pause my account while I’m in America till December. Could you please help

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Sorry, it isn't possible to pause a contract. If you're out of contract, you could move to pay as you go for the meantime. Your SIM would need to be connected to the EE network in the UK to complete this change.
