Sim only upgrade

Hi , I’ve just upgraded an old account which was two iPhones included which was pay monthly , now just started the two new sim only how do I know the old account is cancelled? Thank you .

@arvor250   If you upgraded that will cease the 2 old contracts.    Your account will change over to the new tariffs and this will show on your account.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
