I have been an EE customer since July 2021. Last month I noticed that 3 hard searches on behalf of BT were included in my credit report, all of which took place between the 23rd of November and the 25th of November.
I have now been informed that for my next credit report, 12 more hard searches will be added on behalf of BT as well!! what's happening???
I request that all these hard searches, which were made by mistake by you, be removed from my credit score as soon as possible, as this can cause major problems.
Thanks

Hi @James_B
The problem is that I'm not a customer of BT, I'm customer of EE.
This problem happened when I've ordered an accessory to pay monthly with you. When I mentioned about BT in my post I was meaning about BT-EE. As you know that's the same group.
Please I need a help regarding this problem.
Thanks,
Rodrigo
