I had a contract for two years starting from may 2020 till may2022. Even after the contract is completed they are still charging me for the mobile. When i spoke to the customer executive guy he told me that after the contract is finished they I’ll be charging me the amount for my mobile data and sim only. Please help me I’m not gonna pay anything extra.

Hello @Mohammedrafi160 ,
Welcome to the community,
Unless you ring customer service or upgrade to a sim only plan, then your contract will just continue, with a slight reduction. It is in the terms and conditions, the minimum term is two years, but it will carry on unless you upgrade as I have just mentioned, not a scam, EE do not scam customers. Always worth keeping an eye on things yourself, it is your contract and you could have done this, they do warn you and do let you know and ask whether you would like to upgrade, you can see this in your account as well, you could have done this up to 45 days before end of contract.

These mobile contracts don't just end, just the min. term expires. They are not fixed term contracts. After the min. term they just carry on at the same price on a rolling 30-days' notice basis until you explicitly cancel or upgrade. There will however be a 10% discount after 3 months.
