What're the circumstances which have led to you receiving new SIMs? Are these replacements for lost/stolen ones? Are these new connections?

Are the 3 replacements being supplied for mobile numbers on the same billing account? Did they arrive in the same envelope or separate? If the latter, I'd be minded to advise waiting for your next day's second-class post.

I have waited for two days.

I’d like to speak to a rep for EE

Thanks.

@roylecareys : No one will contact you from this user discussion group other than thro' the medium of these forums by posts such as this. Anyway we haven't the faintest idea who you are. You need to phone CS.

SIMs are sent by 2nd-class Royal Mail. We've just had a w/end. That won't count much.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.

Hi @roylecareys,

Welcome to the Community!

As @XRaySpeX has said, these are sent out through second class post, so this may take a little while longer over the weekend.

If you are concerned about this then please feel free to reach out to our team, and they will be happy to confirm that this is on its way.
