Roaming charge

I have EU/EEA roaming on my plan but have been charged £60 for receiving 3 calls in Norway. Why? Also I  can't get wifi calling when abroad yet can use watsapp etc, is there anything I need to do in settings? Wifi calling is on.

Wi-Fi calling doesn’t work abroad it’s for UK use only.    The WhatsApp voice calling Service is totally different to how Wi-Fi calling actually works with your EE account.    Your also not charge to receive calls whilst you were in Norway.  Have you been billed that amount or is it just showing on your account? 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
