I certainly didn’t want it to get to this point however, I’ve been having a back and forth with EE regarding a refund of £100 that I should have received since Jan 3, and each customer service agent that’s I’ve spoken to have either assured me I’ll get the refund in 3 business days (never did) or, like the last one, said that the money was paid out to my bank already and I should check it..
I contacted the bank and they stated that no refund was received and I should now contact EE again…
This is quite annoying considering I just got unlimited data and bought the 16 pro from these guys, I expected more effective and efficient assistance. I will be contacting again, and I’ll def need to speak to a manager.

I am very sorry you've not received the refund and have had to contact us multiple times.
I would suggest getting back in touch and if needed the guide can get this escalated for you and open a complaint to get the refund issued back to you.
