My phone contract has recently been moved into my name and banking, it said it was paid 2 days ago but no money has came out my account. What do I do?

Welcome to the EE Community

When you transferred the account to your name, which date did you select as the payment date?

 

You can check your online bills which will also show the DirectDebit due date. 

The payment request is sent 3 working days before the Payment date, which can result in your online account showing it as paid before the actual payment is taken.
