No signal at work. Cancel contract

Joined EE 5 days ago due to signal issues with previous provider. Signal has been an improvement everywhere however I returned to work since the switch and have had no signal whatsoever despite the EE site saying 5G and 4G are available in that location. I did purchase a 24 month contract which I obviously have to cancel as no signal at work is a major inconvenience for me. How would I go about doing it? And do I need to find a new provider beforehand.

You should always test any prospective new network using a PAYG SIM in all the locations you frequent.

A real-world test is better than any website prediction, however accurate it is.

EE do offer WiFi-calling as an indoor coverage solution, allowing full use of your phone without needing mobile network service.

@Al165  If this was an online or phone sale you have a 14 day cooling off period, you need to call customer support to inform them of your change of mind.  If it was a store sale you have no cooling off period.  No network will guarantee a signal indoors and the signal checker is just a guide not a guarantee of service.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
