My EE card is not giving me access to the internet. It's all we are using it for (not phone calls or texts). I want EE to check the account to ensure the SIM card hasn't been deactivated but I don't know how to contact them. I'm basically paying £35 per month for nothing. Any suggestions would help.

Are you using a pay monthly or pay as you go plan?
Are you in the UK or roaming?
What type of device are you using the SIM in?
What happens when you try to connect to the internet?
