Good afternoon for 10 days I have been unable to make or receive calls. My contract has roaming on it. You keep asking me to call you or you call me but I do not have access to another phone. Can someone please try and fix this problem I have urgent calls to make to the UK. I have removed my sim, restarted my phone and tried another network with no joy. Thank you

There is no access to individual customer accounts on this forum.
Can you send & receive text messages? Can you use mobile data?

@606441 , if you can receive text messages, I would suggest switching off automatic network and do a manual search. Having said that, there have been problems with Networks in Portugal, since the outage there, so that could be the reason.

I have sent my details through to ee and spoke to people yesterday who are having the same problems. People using 3 are having no problems. I have tried turning roaming off and tried to use another network I can't access any other network ee have left us high and dry and giving us a number to phone is just ridiculous we can't make the calls and there is no replies allowed on emails
