Need details of calls text made/received on a specific number over last 5 years

I am trying to get evidence for a malicious accusation

For anything else, the Police have their own process for obtaining evidence in support of criminal investigations.

@Sherlockpatters : A D-SAR won't get you any info on incoming calls or texts unless they were chargeable. Otherwise you'll need to consult a solicitor or report it to the Police..
