Need a refund on £15 credit that I topped into my account

I realised that my £15 top up was useless since I did a recurring card payment for £13.50. Meaning my £15 credit is just laying there. Is it possible for me to get a refund?

@Yr7676  you need to call customer Support to see if this is possible as usually any payments made on a pay as you go account to top it up on non-refundable,   

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

@Yr7676 : PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable, but it's worth calling CS to see if it can be done in your case. Otherwise you may use it for making International Call & Texts, sending MMS, buying extra data, ...
