I got a sim only plan and used the NHS Perks code for 20% discount. Every month I get a bill without discount and i have to call them to remind. This month again i got the full bill but surprisingly the operator said.. it is only this time that she is applying the perks code hence, i will have to pay the full bill this month. This is extremely irresponsible and outrageous
