Good Afternoon,

I accidentally had not enough money and my payment of 22.12 didn’t come out on 4 October. I made a credit card payment on 5th October for 22.12 but I noticed on 12 October that you DD 22.12 again so I have paid twice. Can this be refunded or can this be used for October 2022 billing?

Welcome to the community,

EE will always try to take the payment a week later if it does not go out due to not enough funds, so there was no need to make a separate payment. The extra payment you have made will remain as a credit and used for October billing.
