Mobile app and browsers not letting me upgrade/shop

Hello!

I have been eligible for an upgrade since April 2022. However, every time I have tried to look at deals and phones to upgrade, the website never works. I am unable to click on the 'upgrade' button to see the phones, and whilst I am able to go on to the shop, any phone I click on leads me to a page that says 'this doesn't exist'. I have tried accessing on multiple devices e.g. phones, the app, my laptop etc. but it happens every time. I am unsure about how to proceed further and would rather not phone as I would like time to look and think about what I would like to upgrade to.

Any suggestions would be appreciated!

@bxbe   Try calling customer services and request an account reset.  I have a feeling that your account is having issues when you click upgrade so it’s not showing anything.    You might have to say you are having issues logging to your account. 

You have tried different ways to do this so an account reset might just fix this issue. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
