Left EE but billed full amount

Hi 

I left EE with my mobile number pac code and my chromebook number stac code completing transfer on Friday 26th. I received 2 final bill amounts for early cancellation of approx £11.00.

I've just discovered I've been billed the full amount of almost £27 on Monday 28th.

Will I receive a refund less the final bill amount as I thought all bills were paid in advance meaning im paying for May but out of contract.

@SR63  That probably because the bill had already been issued before you left.   Once a bill has been issued it can not stop the DD process and yes you should receive a refund.   Just don’t remove the EE DD from your account just yet wait until you get the refund. 

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
