I'm struggling to find an itemised bill. I can see how much my bill is, but can't find what the extra charges are. for.

@Pets : You bill should contain a breakdown of all charges.

Thanks for coming here 🙂
If you go to Bills and Payments in your My EE app and select the download option at the top of the app, you will be able to download the latest bill and this will show you any extra charges.
