I payed through the website for my monthly bill, but still got the money taken from my card through direct debit.
Does anyone know who I should contact about this? I basically payed them twice for this month.

If you would like a refund of your double payment please give us a call on 150 from your EE mobile or 07953 966 150 from any other phone and one of guides can setup a refund for you.

@anapaug once you receive a bill the process to collect payment via the direct debit has already started so even if you pay manually the direct debit is already in motion to be collected and cannot be stopped, your payment that you did manually will sit on your account and be used for your next bill. To make a payment that doesn’t come from your direct debit you need make a payment before you receive the bill so sits on your account and can be taken towards that bill when it is raised.
