Dunno if it'll be any better but can you tick "Call Abroad and Premium Rate" under Manage Device in your MyEE?

Good Morning @tommyf14

Have you been able to remove the bar within your My EE account?

Let us know how you are getting on 🙂

Speak to EE because you've tried sorting it yourself already. Phone 150. I set my account years ago not to allow 3rd party purchases in case my phone gets stolen or hijacked or some scammer attempts to sign me up to some dodgy scheme. Maybe yours is set up the same way as mine. Or it could instead be that the 3rd party item you tried buying has been flagged up to EE as suspect.

Can you remove the 3rd party bar as I’m 26 old thanks robert wade
