How can I find out if/what is my early termination fee?

How can I find out what my early termination fee would be?My contract is only up in August 2023, so I would assume that an ETF would be in place.

I'm currently on a sim only deal however, my phone is near the end of it's life. I'm eligable to upgrade and am looking at getting the Iphone 14 Pro Max, however EE's deal just aren't comparable to any other provider. I'm seeing near enough £30-£40 more a month.

Text INFO to 85075 to find out your Early Termination Fees. It will basically be months left x monthly charge - 4%.
