Having 2 contracts

I had a sim only deal with EE February last year and broke my phone, I went to my local EE shop and bought a new phone with a more expensive tariff in May, but now you are charging me for my sim only contract AND my new contract which I am now paying £51 per month which I have never been happy with, surely when you buy a more expensive contract the cheaper one is cancelled, this is my 1st experience with EE and it will be my last, I feel your company is all about making money and don't care about your customers, I told my Blackpool EE shop I have a contract with 100g of data that I never use as my other contract is 6g and I never use all the data, I'm asking you to cancel one of my contracts as I know when I cancel my contract next year and go back to o2 you will be on the phone telling me that you could have changed it all along, please contact me on xxxxxxxxxx

[Mod edit: Please do not post phone numbers on the public board. Thanks!]

You only do that by upgrading your existing SIM-Only contract to a new phone & plan, not by just going to buy a new phone. Now you have 2 contracts that you are committed to.
