Fraud call and excessive charge

On 15 November at 11.29, I have been charged £6.73 for a 1 sec call to number 09015 450 260, which I would not deliberately have made. Has anyone else experienced this and is there any way I can recover the cost?

Numbers prefixed 09 are premium-rate numbers with a corresponding charge - check your phone's call log for entry matching this number and time.

Billing disputes should be raised with C/S on 150.
