I just recently pre-ordered an Iphind 14 promax and was advised that it will arrived in 28 days or less. Just wanna ask, when will be the billing start? The moment I receieved the item or the moment my order is confirmed but I havent recieved my order for a long time?

A few days after you receive item, backdated to when you received it.

What do you mean by backdated?

Let's say, for illustration purposes, that you order a new phone on the first of the month and you receive it on the 5th.

EE will activate your phone once received, and allocate you a billing date of, say, the 15th.

You will then receive a bill shortly after the 15th covering 5-14 of month 1 and then 15th of month 1-14 of month 2. The billing cycle is usually set a few days after your connection date.

There is more information on https://ee.co.uk/help/help-new/billing-usage-and-top-up/understanding-my-bill/when-will-i-get-my-fir...

It will cover the backdated period from when you received the item to the bill date as well as the month in advance from the bill date.
