I am unable to download my Februuary 2025 invoice from either the website or my EE app - does anyone know of any tchnical hitches going on??

@JenG2910 Sometimes it can take a couple of days for a bill to become available to download after having been produced, but if you are still having issues downloading it today I would recommend giving our team a call on 150 so they can check the bill to see what may be happening.

Which date was your invoice generated?
If the invoice is showing in the list, what error do you get when you try to download it?

05 February 2025 - message on both Google and Safari is 'application error' and message on app is we are unable to download at this time. The list is visible in the app but not on the website.

There is no invoice available for me as for some reason all my invoices are generated on the 29th of each month.
So I only get a Feb invoice every leap year. Is there anyway to change this ?

If you text BILL to 150, does this show the charges for the February bill?
Have you tried the EE app and EE account online to see if the bill is showing?
