Why is every time I get my bill it will Not tell me what my extra charge is always comes up as a fault just another EE con

@Me1313  If you’re having issues with trying to see what this extra charge is for try calling customer services.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
