Welcome to the community,
Have you actually checked your bill online to see if there are any added payments? These will show what the extra payment is. It looks like the £2.- is the vat, but check your bill.
If you are using the app or logging in via the web for your account, you should be able to contact customer service that way, much easier and quicker.
There is no account access here in the public forum.
