Direct Debit

I finished my contract. Moved a pac code over and used it with a new provider. But forgot to cancel my direct debit with EE, so I have paid my old phone bill for this month. Can I recover this payment ?

Hi @Umz26,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

It's best to keep your Direct Debit open until you receive your final bill, which will include any refunds due.

For more information, please see What happens to my phone bills if I leave EE?

Hope this helps.

Whatever you were billed by EE & taken by DD would have been due to EE for your use of the EE SIM up to the time you ported. If this included any time after you ported you will get a final bill with a rebate which will also be returned by your DD.
