Good afternoon,
I've not long spoken with a really helpful telephone operator who renewed my broadband and phone, and got me a great deal for it. However, I'm looking through the email now and the discount has been broken into 3 aspects, two of which are for the 24 month duration, but one part (a £2 discount) is only showing as being for 1 month. Is there any way to have this checked please? As my understanding was that the new price would be continual, not just for the first month.

@Aimsleey No one on here can check anything about your new contract it’s a public forum not customer services of which you’ll have to call yourself to inquire about this.

I am aware of this. I also noticed however that moderators were able to help others via DM, which seemed more time efficient than phoning since it isn't urgent, and I was just off the phone to customer service minutes before hand.

@Aimsleey But no one here has access to your account. Those PMs where to get private information & more information so it can be locked at out of the public forum probably because that customer is getting nowhere with customer services.
This isn’t customer services and it’s not a place to make such a request.
