Hi there,

 

I would love to transfer my current contract to a new owner, what are the requirements?

The proposed new owner of your contract phone needs to pass a credit check in order for the line to be transferred.

Hi @Babyg10 

Welcome to the community.

You can request to move your account to someone else with our customer services team. They'll need to speak to you first of all but if the person you want to transfer it to is available at the same time, they can do it all on one call. Don't worry if they can't be, they new owner can call in later.

If it is a pay monthly contract, the new owner would need to pass a credit check.
