You need to call CS with both of you available on the line to effect a change of ownership. Other person will need to pass a credit check. They will then be paying for the contract. If you can't do it together CS will give the current owner a password for other person to quote when they call.

To phone EE CS: Dial Freephone +44 800 079 8586 - Option 1 for Home Broadband & Home Phone or Option 2 for Mobile Phone & Mobile Broadband

Very Complicated process for Pay As You Go customer.

@JBray555 : That's not a process for PAYG. It's only for contracts where there is the element of legal ownership.

Just what is it that you want to do with PAYG? It's fairly easy to move a no. from 1 PAYG a/c to another yourself.

@JBray555 : To move a PAYG no. from 1 MyEE online a/c to another:

  1. On the From a/c: Menu > A/c Settings > Manage your Nos. > Remove & Confirm.
  2. On the To a/c: Menu > A/c Settings > Add No. > Enter no. & Confirm.
