If I cancel my upgrade order as the delivery is taking too long, can I do this without being stuck in a contract with EE for two years?
I have ordered an iphone 14 pro and was told within 14 days now its another 4 weeks so I would like to cancel that upgrade ( which is the second line on my account) and will I get a refund for the upfront payment for the cancellation and inconvenience?
Thanks

@luluboo90 this isn’t an upgrade. It’s a second line on your account, but if you call customer services and ask them to cancel the order you will not be stuck in any contract.. your original contract is not affected by this cancellation, as it wasn’t an upgrade it was a second line, you will be refunded your money within 5 to 10 working days..

I should have mentioned that the second line is an upgrade as I have had both lines for years now, does it make a difference if it is an upgrade or can I still cancel the contract?

If it's an early upgrade you will have to see out the remaining months, but will get a refund of the deposit paid.
If your contract minimum term on that second line is over, you can cancel it at any time but you need to give EE 30 days notice.

If you ordered by phone or online you always have a statutory cooling-off period up to 14 days after delivery to cancel your order FoC. If you ordered in-store you have no such "change-of-mind" right of return.
