I'm wanting to lower my bill as its a ridiculous price "£57" for unlimited calls and texts and only 10GB of data.. I've got a friends and family code that i can't for the life of me find how and where to enter it.. I've been with EE for over 10 years and we don't get offers like new customers do!

When you last upgraded or re-contracted you agreed to that monthly payment for at least your minimum term. When was that?
I believe Friends & Family codes can be applied via EE C/S on 150, it's certainly not something can be applied online.

Yes the contract was taken out in 2021 Samsung S21 with watch (which has had contract stopped as its paid off)
I've rang 150 to ask about the friends ans family code and was told by a trainee she couldn't add the code to my account etc.
The 10GB of data is the only thing that's letting the contract price down as I work away from home on a weekly basis so use Google Maps quite a bit.

In which case you are contractually bound until the end of your minimum term that's most likely 2 years after the date in 2021 when you last upgraded.
I'm not familiar with the F&F process, but that should reduce the subscription cost by 30% - you'll have to wait until end of minimum term and consider SIM-only otherwise.
