Billing query

Current bill shows 56p for "services from other companies". Number is shown as 66061 dated Friday 14 October at 18:47pm.

I've checked my phone for that date... nothing out of the ordinary.

Any ideas what this 56p charge is for?

According to the third party services tool this is a shortcode operated by CLX Communications.

There's nothing obvious from a quick Google search, so I'd suggest emailing CLX on the address the tool gives, if you're unsure what service you may have used.

Thanks for your response.I have absolutely no idea why sinch should show up in my bill. Ah well - another unsolved mystery from EE.Note to self. Pop into store next time I'm nearby and ask them to explain in detail.

That's a service ID for a third party charge. You can check these at http://ee.co.uk/help/accounts-billing-and-topping-up/billing-and-payment/your-bill-explained/third-p...
