Why is my bill balance not updating after manual two payments?

@Agray1708   How do you normally pay your bill ?     
 
 Your bill will not show a reduced cost once that bill is produced if you make a payment yourself.  

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.
