@sarah_mc

Are any of these cases/covers available via the EE accessories store?

As for insurance it maybe quicker and more economical to add your phone or gadget cover to your home/content insurance. There are also good third party insurance products available so best to shop around. Things to look out for:

  • The monthly cost;
  • Excess on your cover (can vary for iPhones);
  • If you receive a new phone replacement or used refurbished handset;
  • If repairs are undertaken by manufacturer approved repairs using genuine manufacturer's parts.

Thanks

Thanks for the tips on what to watch out for when shopping around for insurance!
