Touch tone not working

Hi, when trying to respond to automated choices during an ongoing phone call, nothing is happening and I end up getting hung up on.

How do I enable DTMF on the Oppo find X3 Pro, please?

Welcome to the community.

Have you tried the following:

1. Tap the phone icon.
2. Tap the three dots (or the More button) in the upper right of the screen to open the Menu.
3. Tap Settings.
4. Tap Call.
5. Tap DTMF tones.
6. Select the option for Long.

I couldn't find those exact options in call settings, but I have turned on keypad tones, hoping that this will sort it.

I won't know though till I need to phone a service that has automated responses lol.
