Your min. contract term date will not be found anywhere in your MyEE for BB. It'll be in or workable out from your Welcome email. If you haven't kept that you will need to call EE to find out.

@ron-boy10  You are sent an email about when you’re nearing your contract minimum term date I believe this is sent about 3 months before that date.   

If you have a landline with EE it’s 150 from your landline phone.

I can see you have had some great advice, to contact our broadband care team you can call us on 150 as advised or if you don't have an EE mobile or landline you can call 0330 123 1105.
