I would remove all your personal data, from this public forum, as people now have enough personal data to scam you and sign up for things, and basically commit identity theft
I would also contact customer services on 0800 956 6000 or 150 and they can help.
Bare in mind new contracts are subject to credit and affordability checks by EE, so been able to is not guaranteed.
