I am trying the last month to cancel my wifi subscription because we have moved out of the house but I have not been getting any replies and this month I was actually charged. Can you please help me?

if you no longer want any BB at your location, you phone EE on the Freephone no. in my sig. and give 14 days notice.
Have you considered doing a BB Home Move?

I cannot phone to EE due to international restrictions can I not cancel it online?

No, you cannot cancel online. Either:
You may write to them giving your notice of cancellation at:
EE Customer Services

United Kingdom
Include your name, address, EE account number and/or EE landline number.
Your 14-days notice will be taken from when they receive your letter.
