Trouble connecting an ATAG energy hub to WiFi - needs 2.4GHz

Ive seen various posts about splitting WiFi into 5GHz and 2.4GHz to enable me to connect to 2.4GHz. I am sure I had previously done this as I have 2 WiFi networks available, one starting 5GHz-EE and the other just EE. ATAG can not see either of these and tells me to set up a 2.4GHz network.

I am using a Bright Box 2 Wireless Router.

Can anyone help me with this ?

The Brightbox already has the 2.4 & 5 GHz WiFi bands & SSIDs separate. So you shouldn't need to worry about this. The Energy Hub should be seeing the 2.4 GHz SSID, but just in case it's confused, try on the Advanced > Wireless Settings > SSID Management page to temporarily disable the 5 GHz band.

If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
